Travel to French Polynesia (Bora Bora, Mo’orea, and Tahiti) with Nicole Isaacs | Jetsetter.com

‘Ia ora na! I’m Nicole Isaacs and I am in
French Polynesia. I will be exploring the islands of Bora Bora, Mo’orea, and Tahiti,
but before we get started, make sure you like and subscribe to Jetsetter’s
channels to always be up to date with the latest travel trends. Now let’s go
have some fun. It’s my first time in Bora Bora. This place
has been on my bucket list for years. I cannot believe I’m finally here and I
can’t wait to bring you guys to explore with me. Let’s go. I just took an eight-and-a-half-hour
flight from Los Angeles to Tahiti and another 45-minute flight to reach Bora
Bora but it was so worth it. I just got off a very windy boat ride but
arrived at the Four Seasons. This is my first time here and I have no words. Fresh
mango juice upon arrival. Thank you. Honestly, I’ve been to a lot of places in
this world. I have never been anywhere like this before. Absolute paradise. Oh my god, please turn the camera right now! I haven’t even seen my room yet. We just
got in and I’m just taking a quick walk around just to see what everything
looks like. Look at this. This is just like the picture-perfect, epic moment.
Should I pose? How do I look? I need to give you a tour of this place
because it’s literally insane. So it’s almost like an apartment. I have a living
area right behind me. You have a bathroom with a beautiful, beautiful bathtub, and
everything just feels so open and big and then you walk through and then this
is my bedroom. This bed has the most epic view I’ve
ever seen in my life. When I wake up in the morning and see the beautiful
mountain right in front of me, it’s just unbelievable. I can’t even explain it. I’m
in heaven. So pretty. I felt like I had to get flowers in my hair.
I’m about to put on a swimsuit and wander the beaches of beautiful Bora Bora. I am about to take this baby out. Look
at what’s behind me. Absolute paradise. It’s a little windy today so let’s see if my
weak arms can handle it. Let’s go. This is so much fun. Harder than it looks
though. Come on, wind, work with me! The water’s so clear, so you can see fish swimming by me. I am on a lagoon tour in Bora Bora. There
are sharks all around this boat. I’m about to jump in. Don’t worry, they’re
friendly. I’m so excited. It’s just so cool because you know that they’re not
gonna hurt you and the water’s crystal clear and you’re just surrounded by stingrays and sharks. It’s just unreal. Look how big that one is! Oh my god, there’s another one! Had an amazing day swimming with
stingrays and sharks and we just pulled up for some lunch. I’m hungry, I’ve
built up an appetite. Let’s go. I’m here with the Executive Chef of the Four
Seasons in Bora Bora, Lander, and he just brought all the ingredients to make
poisson cru which is the traditional local dish from Bora Bora, right? Exactly.
So it’s made with tuna, coconut milk, lime juice, and then vegetables we can find.
Today it will be red onions, carrots, and cucumber. It’s a really simple dish and
the first thing we’re gonna do is salt it. So we’ll put a little bit of salt bits. Just
a little thing to know, they used to drown it a little bit in the sea just to have the salty taste. So now, if you want to help me, we can add the lime juice. Perfect. Okay, and I’m pouring the
coconut milk. Oh, it’s very creamy. So the next thing we’re gonna do
is add the vegetables, really simple. And it’s nice because they basically pick
whatever vegetables are the freshest for the day, right? Yeah. We just mix it up. Alright, have a taste. Let’s taste it. It’s very citrusy. You can taste the acidity from the lime and then the creaminess and
sweetness of the coconut mixed together. It’s a good combo. Oh my gosh, I can eat this whole bowl. Thank you for making this dish for me and what better setting to eat this in than just right here? Wish me luck! This helicopter just landed on the
helipad at the Four Seasons Hotel to pick us up for a private helicopter
tour over Bora Bora. This is going to be insane. It’s gonna be probably the best
views you can get of Bora Bora so let’s go. That was an experience of a lifetime and
I think one of the best ways to see Bora Bora from up high.
The views were breathtaking. It was so exhilarating just being on a tiny
helicopter and just flying over and seeing the beautiful colors of the water.
I feel so blessed right now to be able to have experienced that. We are sadly leaving the Four Seasons
but our trip is not over yet because we’re heading to Mo’orea. Island hopping is pretty simple in
French Polynesia and getting from Bora Bora to Mo’orea was just a quick 45-minute flight. I just arrived at the Hilton Mo’orea and it is beautiful.
What I love about it is that it’s so lush. The green water, the green mountains.
I just thought I’d wear something orange so I can pop. It’s really a
photographer’s dream. I can’t wait to show you. Let’s go explore. This is the deck of my overwater
bungalow at the Hilton and today is perfect. There’s no wind and the water is
like glass. So beautiful. So there’s lots of activities you can do
in French Polynesia and one of them is you can take a catamaran out to all the
beautiful lagoons in Mo’orea and it’s so beautiful today. It’s sunny. No wind.
Perfect day for a boat I’m only in Tahiti for one day so I had
to come and explore a local market. They make everything from seashell necklaces
to grass skirts, so many goodies and course some yummy food. Alright so I’m about to
try this french fry sandwich. Alright, let’s give it a try. First of all, the fries are cold which is kind of like, I’m a little disappointed about that. The chicken has good flavor. The sauce it’s almost like a barbecue sweet teriyaki sauce and then there’s mayo so it’s basically just
chicken, mayo, french fries, and like a barbecue sauce, so it’s good but I wish
the fries were warm. I’m still gonna eat it. I’m hungry. Alright, so I just got a flower crown
and a flower necklace fresh from the local market. She’s making it literally
right here. Can’t get fresher than this and we are heading to the beach. I really hope you enjoyed this video and

  1. That was awesome, Nicole<3 I recognize the colorful chairs at the airport. Even the airport has scenic views. They should build a 2nd floor.

  2. Not to be rude, but this is really The Nicole Show, to promote her girls. Personally, I prefer the caribbean and fit blondes.

  3. Visited Tahiti in July (19) and got to spend the week SCUBA diving on a live aboard… Definitely going back to do more land time… but the water is as good as it looks!

  4. Beautiful Video !!! Very Happy to see the result of your Work and the Fun Time you had traveling in French Polynesia and Sailing with Us !!

  5. Hi! we just stumbled over your amazing account and really like your video clips. 👍 We are travelling very much, maybe you'd also want to check for our Cinematic Travel Musicvideo as well 🌴 So lets motivate each other. Enjoy your day, and also keep up the wonderful work! 😊

  6. Nice nice. It is also worth a visit to Tetiaroa Island. One day cruise back and forth. I was there now, in October. It's more romantic.

  7. Great cameraman but she is a terrible host. The video is very vivid and beautiful but once she started speaking, it killed the momentum and vibe of the calm tranquility of this place. Her voice is annoying and mannerism does not fit the calm and scenic depiction of Polynesia.

  8. If she wasn't at least a nine, no one would have paid to take her there.
    Should have just called this
"My, Hey look at me video on vacation!"
And, all the way to French Polynesia without going topless? Such a waste of the location experience. All the gals I know do that when they go there just so they can say they did it. 😉

  9. Some shark species, such as the oceanic white-tip, in FP are extremely aggressive and dangerous. That being said most species are harmless, the trick is knowing which ones…

  10. Great video…! For those who’ve never been there, it’s beautiful, especially after the rainy season, it’s humid pretty much all the time, a lot of mosquitoes and creepy crawlers, so be cautious when walking around at night, you might walk right into a spider web😳 also just beware of valuables, there are pickpockets, especially on Tahiti, is safe for the most part. There’s a lot of overnight burglary’s, yes, while you’re sleeping, but don’t let it spoil your time there, just be hyper aware of what you’re carrying at all times, some places have safes, but don’t completely trust them, your vacation will be a sad time here if you’re not careful with your valuables, passports, cameras, phones, jewelry etc…aside from my warning it’s got absolutely breathtaking beaches, people for the most part are really friendly and warm, if manage to meet the right Tahitians your experience will be unforgettable, they’ll show you and take to places you wouldn’t otherwise know about, Bora Bora is stunning, a chill island with remote little beaches where you can relax on the white sand on enjoy every minute. a reminder, beware of your valuables at all times! If your camera or phone gets lost or stolen you’ll have no way to recover your photos, after taking pictures through out the day, go to an Internet cafe and upload them into your icloud account, if you have one, or get one! And backup everything as often as you can, just Incase. It’s a place that just boggles the mind at the tranquility of the place, snorkeling and scuba diving is a absolute must do, you’ll find yourself in the worlds most natural beautiful aquarium. As god meant it to be, rent a scooter and ride all around the island 🌴 that in of itself is a blast! It’s not cheap to go there and be there, so do your homework 📚, since everything has to be brought in by boat and plane. Can’t go wrong with the food trucks that are around, that’s where the best local food is, depending on which island your on there’s small grocery stores and mini markets, things aren’t cheap, but can’t live off of coconuts, buy what you need, not what you want if you’re on a limited budget. Anyway that’s my two cents, have a great time if you’re find yourself going…

  11. 2:59 "We'll see if my weak arms can handle it." I think you'll be fine judging by the size of the Personal Flotation Devices you've brought along!

  12. Ooooooh my Goooosh this is heaven . This is my favorite island of all times.. beautiful lady just enjoy.. greetings from South Africa

  13. Too much silicone and a big butt,… Maybe it helps for floatation…. Focus more on the scenery and less on yourself
