NOW ON DAY 40 IS CAUSING MORE THAN A THOUSAND GALLONS OF WATER TO BE LOST EACH DAY… ACTION NEWS REPORTER MAY CHOW IS LIVE WITH TODAY’S UPDATE. ## DAN…WE’VE ALL BEEN TOLD TO CONSERVE WATER BECAUSE OF THE DROUGHT…AND IF YOU LIVE ON THE MONTEREY PENINSULA… BECAUSE OF THE CEASE AND DESIST ORDER. BUT IMAGINE SEEING MORE THAN A THOUSAND GALLONS OF WATER GO DOWN THE DRAIN EVERY DAY AND NOT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT… THAT’S WHAT ONE CARMEL COUPLE HAS BEEN DOING FOR SIX WEEKS NOW.   1. It is a coincidence this story came out after the election and subsequent defeat of Measure O? Check out the dates above… first noticed leak end of April, contacted Cal Am May 2nd. So, why was this not a media story in May?
